With over 20 years of experience as an educator, administrator, and consultant, she has successfully led district-wide Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) implementation, ensuring equitable, data-driven, and evidence-based practices that improve student outcomes.
Dr. Schumann specializes in aligning instructional frameworks with research-backed interventions, helping schools develop and sustain systems for continuous improvement. She has designed and led high-impact professional learning initiatives, equipping educators and administrators with strategies for tiered interventions, data-informed decision-making, and student-centered instruction. Her work spans international, national, and local contexts, including supporting schools across the U.S. and driving meaningful change in Butte County.
